Mirus Events operates at the intersection of logistics and high-level brand storytelling. For over a decade, they have been the invisible hand behind the world’s most influential brands—Google, Meta, and Spotify—transforming abstract visions into flawless physical realities.
Despite their portfolio of global giants, Mirus lacked a digital identity that mirrored their own scale. Our challenge was to move them from a "service provider" to a "strategic partner," building a platform that could project their history of excellence while maintaining the agility of a modern consultancy.
Positioning: The Narrative Shift
We began by auditing a decade of project data to distill their core value proposition. The result was a bold, singular positioning statement: "Event consultancy for the world’s biggest brands." To prevent this statement from feeling static, we introduced motion systems. By using fluid typography and kinetic transitions, we simplified complex service offerings into a visceral experience. The goal was to communicate "process" and "execution" in their simplest forms, reflecting Mirus’s ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
The System: Minimalist Vitality
The visual challenge was to balance "studied restraint" with the high-energy nature of the events industry. We designed a UI system built on Minimalist Vitality—a clean, expansive layout punctuated by deliberate bursts of energy.

The Signature Element: We introduced vibrant, yellow-colored circular motifs around key sub-headers. These act as "focal anchors," guiding the eye through dense information while injecting the brand’s optimism into every scroll.

Typographic Hierarchy: We utilized a structured type scale that feels authoritative yet approachable, ensuring that the stories of global activations are told with clarity and impact.
Architecture: The Snapshot Journey
For a company with as much history as Mirus, information density was a primary concern. We solved this through a "Snapshot Architecture." We reimagined the Homepage as a condensed ecosystem—a macro-vantage point that offers a snapshot of the entire business, from leadership to global case studies, in a single flow. This allows a C-suite executive to understand the Mirus ethos in seconds without having to navigate a labyrinth of sub-pages.
Case Study Framework: Guided Execution
The "Case Study" view presented a unique UX challenge: how to show the rigorous, step-by-step process of event management without overwhelming the user.
We engineered a Linear Progression System. By breaking down massive global activations into modular sub-sections, we created a guided narrative. This step-by-step framework mirrors the Mirus process itself—taking the user from initial concept to final execution through a series of digestible, high-impact moments.
The Result: Projecting Excellence
The new Mirus website does more than just showcase work; it reinforces a reputation. By refining the user journey and leaning into a "process-first" visual language, we created a digital home that finally matches the caliber of the brands they serve. Mirus now stands in its own glory—not just as an event firm, but as a global benchmark for customer experience.
